Managing Director

Josh is Managing Director at Fort Point Real Estate Partners. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the investment and organizational functions.

Prior to Fort Point, Mr. Zierten led the investment activities and asset management for Veritas Investments, a vertically integrated multifamily operator based in San Francisco. In this role, Mr. Zierten lead over $2 billion of real estate transactions. Prior to Veritas, he was a member of the strategy group at W. P. Carey, a publicly traded REIT. In this role, he focused on M&A, new fund launches, and corporate strategy.

A native of Phoenix, Mr. Zierten holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Amir is a Senior Vice President at Fort Point Real Estate Partners. In this capacity, he heads up all Asset Management for the firm including budgeting and operations, business plan execution, and managing partner relationships.

Before joining Fort Point Real Estate Partners, Mr. Chima worked for Veritas Investments in San Francisco. In this role he managed the asset management of small unit count multifamily portfolios on behalf of institutional partnerships.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Chima holds a MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and Bachelor of the Arts from UC Berkeley.

Vice President, Investments

Paul is a Vice President of Investments at Fort Point Real Estate Partners. His primary responsibilities include investment analysis, portfolio analysis, market research, and pipeline development.

Before joining Fort Point Real Estate Partners, Mr. Bosco has worked at Mohr Capital, Veritas Investments, and Ackman Ziff analyzing real estate debt and equity investments.

A native of Hong Kong, Mr. Bosco received his Bachelor of Art from UC Berkeley.

Associate, Asset Management & Investments

Kevin is an Associate at Fort Point Real Estate Partners. His primary responsibilities include asset management analysis, portfolio analysis, market research, pipeline development, and supporting the origination and closing of new investment opportunities.

Preceding Fort Point Real Estate Partners, Mr. Mead worked at Ballast Investments, a vertically integrated multifamily owner/operator concentrated in San Francisco. There, he managed over 6,000 rent-controlled units across the San Francisco Bay Area and reinforced partnerships with institutional investors.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Mead received his Bachelor of Science from UC San Diego.
